Reactivating a recently canceled Number
It is now possible to reactivate a recently canceled number.
A recently canceled number is one that was canceled within the last 60 days. Once terminated, the number is no longer billed starting from the first day of the following month.
Before proceeding with this reactivation, please note:
- Previous statistics and configurations associated with this number cannot be recovered.
- Reactivating this number may impact your billing.

Viewing Recently Terminated Numbers
To view recently canceled numbers, navigate to the “Numbers” tab and hover over the three small dots.

Click on “Recently Canceled Numbers” The number in parentheses indicates the count of recently terminated numbers.
A list of these numbers will then be displayed

Reactivating the Number
To reactivate a number, click on the following icon:

You will then be directed to the reactivation settings.

You have two options:
- Add to the list of available numbers in this account: The number will not be assigned to any specific tracking configuration and will become available for creating a new tracking number.
- Add to an existing number pool: The number can be directly added to an existing number pool (provided it matches the geographical area code). You can select the desired number pool from the list.
Click “Update” to proceed.
You will be redirected to the list of available numbers for creating new tracking numbers. From here, you can proceed to create a new static or dynamic tracking number.
