Setting conversation recording

Required: Conversation recording needs the Conversation Record option to be enabled. To enable this option, please contact our Sales team.

To fully set up conversation recording, complete the following steps:

How to enable Conversation Record option in your account

Click on your profile to access the Account Settings from the drop-down menu (at the top right of the screen).

In the Conversation section of General Parameters, make sure that Conversation record is enabled.

How to enable Conversation Record option for each tracking number

In the Numbers tab, edit your tracking number. Enable the Conversation Recording option in the Call Flow options section of the number’s edition form.

Then click Update at the bottom to save your tracking number settings.
