Introducing Hours of Day report

What it does

For any given period, Hours of Day report provides a synthetic view of the calls received each hour per day on the tracking numbers.

This report can also display the following:

  • Number of unique callers
  • Number of answered calls and Answered Calls Rate (ACR)
  • Number of missed calls and Missed Calls Rate (MCR)
  • Total and average call duration over the selected period

 

How to select a period

Select a specific period of time for your reports to improve the accuracy of your calls analysis. Here is how to proceed:

1. Click on the period selector just above the figures table;

2. Then you can either:

  • Click on predefined periods: Today, Yesterday, Last month,… to display data for these periods;
  • Or select any period of your choice by clicking on the start date, then on the end date. The selected period is highlighted in grey.

3. Click OK to display the data for the selected period.

 

How to customize Hours of Day report

Click on the gear button on the right to display a menu to select the figures you want to display on the figures table. To save your selection, click on Save.

For Callers, Inbound, Answered and Missed calls, checking these boxes will update the whole dashboard (figures table + graph).

 

How to select a view on a graph

When directly accessing Hours of Day report from the sidebar in the Reports tab, the default view is a daily view of the current month.

To change the view, click on Total or Average on the right of the graph.

On the graph, you can display up to 4 different metrics at the same time: callers, inbound calls, answered calls and missed calls.

 

Switching from graph to table

If you want to display your data as a table, a switch at the top right allows you to change the display mode.

 

How to display Hours of Day report for a single tracking number

You can display Hours of Day report in exactly the same way for any specific tracking number you have (period selection, views, metrics).

Here is how to access Hours of Day report for a tracking number:

1. Click on the number selector at the top right;

2. Select your tracking number on the list to display data for only this number.

 

How to export Hours of Day report

Hours of Day report (for all tracking numbers or a single number) can be exported as an Excel® file (.xlsx) or in CSV format.

To export Hours of Day report, bring your mouse on Export, and then choose your format for export.

 

How to filter Hours of Day report with custom fields

If you have enabled and configured custom fields, you will find them next to the tracking number selector and filter the Hours of Day report by these custom fields.
