Introducing data reports

The Reports tab allows you to access several types of data reports in your Call Tracking account.

To view reports, get to the Reports tab in the topbar, and then select the type of report in the sidebar on the left.

The following reports are available in your account:

Callers: this category includes 3 types of reports:

  • Traffic Report: for any given period, this report provides a synthetic view of the calls received per month/week/day/hour on the tracking numbers available in the account.
  • Hours of Day: for any given period, this report provides a synthetic view of the calls received each hour per day on the tracking numbers.
  • Days of Week: for any given period, this report provides a synthetic view of the calls received each day per week on the tracking numbers.

Conversions: this category includes the following types of reports:

  • Tracking Numbers: for any given period, this report provides a view on received calls per tracking number.
  • Traffic Sources: for any given period, this report provides a view on received calls per traffic source (organic search, AdWords,…).
  • Websites: for any giver period, this report provides a view on received calls per website they come from (if multi-website enabled).
  • Custom Fields: for any given period, this report provides a view on call data following your custom fields (if enabled and configured).

Histories: this category allows you to view the chronology of your call history data for all the tracking numbers in your account.

Email reports: gives you the possibility to automate the periodic sending of a statistical report of your Dexem Call Tracking account
