Introducing Custom Fields report

Required: To view Custom Fields report, you must have enabled and configured custom fields in your account.

Setting custom fields allows you to collect additional data about inbound calls on your tracking numbers, to complete your reporting with more contextual statistics and take your call data analysis further.

To access your Custom Fields reports, first get to the Reports tab.

You can find your Custom Fields reports in the sidebar on the left, in the Conversions section. They are named after your custom fields.

Each custom field report shows 3 different sets of data:

  • Key metrics, for an overview of the main data collected during the selected period.

  • A graph for a better understanding of the variation of inbound calls on each value defined for a custom field during the period. To adjust the graph to your own context, you can select a monthly, weekly, daily, hourly or half-hourly view.

  • A detailed table, for a better understanding of how the call data is split over the period for each value defined for a custom field.

For more accurate reports, you can edit the list of key metrics to display in each custom field report. To do this, click on the Customize button at the top right.

Then, select among the following metrics:

  • Number of unique callers
  • Number of inbound calls
  • Number of answered calls
  • Answered calls rate in % (ACR)
  • Number of missed calls
  • Missed calls rate in % (MCR)
  • Total and average call duration

Click on a custom field value in the first column of the table below the graph to display all the inbound calls data for this value.

Here is an example with Languages set as a custom field. The values for this field are the languages spoken by the callers. By clicking on English or French in the Languages column, you can see the detailed report of the call data from tracking numbers set for English or French.

You can also export a custom field report in Excel or CSV format. To do this, click on the Export button at the top right.
