Introducing Tracking Numbers report

With Tracking Numbers report, you can view how many calls you have received on each of your tracking numbers, over any selected period.

To access Tracking Numbers report, click on Tracking Numbers in the sidebar on the left in the Reports tab.

The Tracking Numbers report shows 3 different sets of data:

  • Key metrics, for an overview of the main data collected during the selected period.

  • A graph for a better understanding of the variation of inbound calls on each tracking number during the period. To adjust the graph to your own context, you can select a monthly, weekly, daily, hourly or half-hourly view.

  • A detailed table, for a better understanding of how the call data is split over the period.

For more accurate reports, you can edit the list of key metrics to display in the Tracking Numbers report. To do this, click on the Customize button at the top right.

Then, select among the following metrics:

  • Number of unique callers
  • Number of inbound calls
  • Number of answered calls
  • Answered calls rate in % (ACR)
  • Number of missed calls
  • Missed calls rate in % (MCR)
  • Total and average call duration

You can also choose any tracking number by clicking on the selector at the top right above the table, to filter call data for this tracking number only.

If you have enabled and configured custom fields, you will find appropriate filters for those at the top right, to help you make your analysis more accurate.

You can also export the Tracking Numbers report, in Excel or CSV format. To do this, click on the Export button at the top right.
