Introducing Traffic Report
What it does
For any given period, Traffic Report provides a synthetic view of the calls received per month / week / day / hour on the tracking numbers available in the account.
This report can also display the following:
- Number of unique callers
- Number of answered calls and Answered Calls Rate (ACR)
- Number of missed calls and Missed Calls Rate (MCR)
- Total and average call duration over the selected period
How to select a period
Select a specific period of time for your reports to improve the accuracy of your calls analysis. Here is how to proceed:
1. Click on the period selector just above the figures table;
2. Then you can either:
- Click on predefined periods: Today, Yesterday, Last month, … to display data for these periods;
- Or select any period of your choice by clicking on the start date, then on the end date. The selected period is highlighted in grey.
3. Click OK to display the data for the selected period.
How to custom data in Traffic Report
Click on the gear button on the right to display a menu to select the figures you want to display on the figures table. To save your selection, click on Save.
For Callers, Inbound, Answered and Missed calls, checking these boxes will update the whole dashboard (figures table + graph).
How to select a view on a graph
When directly accessing Traffic Report from the Reports tab, the default view is a daily view of the current month.
To change the view, click on Month, Week, Day, Hour or Minute on the right of the graph.
On the graph, you can display up to 4 different metrics at the same time: callers, inbound calls, answered calls and missed calls. Inbound calls and answered calls are displayed when you click on the Reports tab.
Switching from graph to table
If you want to display your data as a table, a switch at the top right allows you to change the display mode.
How to display Traffic Report for a single tracking number
You can display the Traffic Report in exactly the same way for any specific tracking number you have (period selection, views, metrics).
Here is how to access the Traffic Report for a tracking number:
1. Click on the number selector at the top right;
2. Select your tracking number on the list to display traffic data for only this number.
How to export Traffic Report
The Traffic Report (for all tracking numbers or a single number) can be exported as an Excel® file (.xlsx) or in CSV format.
To export the Traffic Report, bring your mouse on Export, and then choose your format for export.
How to filter Traffic Report with custom fields
If you have enabled and configured custom fields, you will find them next to the tracking number selector and filter the Traffic Report by these custom fields.
