Introducing integrations
Click on the Integrations tab in the topbar to display all the available integrations for your account.
Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI): On your website, DNI allows you to replace dynamically a phone number with a tracking number, which can vary depending on visitors’ traffic sources or visitor web sessions.
Google Analytics: Link your Call Tracking and your Google Analytics accounts to bring a deeper analysis of calls data to your web traffic analysis.
Webhooks: With Webhooks, you can be notified in your internal tools or your customers’ of every call you receive, and get accurate data about your calls in real time.
HubSpot: Connect your HubSpot account with your Dexem Call Tracking account to create new contacts and update phone activity directly in HubSpot. This integration is available for all plans.
Salesforce: Link your Call Tracking and your Salesforce accounts to bring the call data dimension to your leads, contacts and accounts. Salesforce integration is only available for Enterprise edition.
You can also use our Call Tracking API to connect your Call Tracking account with your other applications.
An activated integration is indicated by a green dot at the top right (see above), and the Activate button is replaced with a Configure button.
Only the account owner can access this tab.
