Checking user invitations

Once you have added new users into your Call Tracking account, you can check at any moment from the Users tab whether the invitations you sent are still pending or have been accepted.

Every invitation you send contains a sign in URL for the user to access Voice Publisher platform.

By clicking Join Now, the user opens a page to complete his or her profile, and after that can start to use Call Tracking. The invitation is then accepted. As long as the URL has not been clicked, it remains pending.

How to check pending invitations

To see pending invitations in your Call Tracking account, click on the Filter button at the top right in the Users tab, and then on Pending Invitations.

Note: In the dropdown menu, you can see how many invitations are pending or accepted in brackets.

If an invitation has not been accepted within 7 days after sending, the link expires and the invitation is deleted from the list of pending invitations. Then, you must send a new invitation. To send back an invitation to a user, click on the Send Email icon in the Actions column.

As long as an invitation is pending, a new one cannot be created with the same email address. So before you create a new invitation, you need to delete the expired pending invitation by clicking on the Delete icon in the Actions column.

How to check accepted invitations

To see accepted invitations in your Call Tracking account, click on the Filter button at the top right in the Users tab, and then on Accepted Invitations. Then you can see which users recently signed up into your Call Tracking account.
