Setting email notifications for missed calls

You can set email alerts on one or more addresses to be notified when an incoming call on your tracking numbers has not been answered.

To enable and edit email alerts for missed calls, get to the Numbers tab and edit your tracking number. Then, scroll down to the Email notifications section and select Enable for all missed calls.

Once enabled, the form shows new fields to set the email alert: the sender and recipients’ addresses, and the title and content of the message. Use variables to customize your email’s title or content. To be more specific about missed calls, you can use the $caller_number and $source variables.

If email notifications are disabled, you can still listen and download your received voice messages in the Call History (Reports tab).
