Setting audio messages

In this section, you will learn how to display a recorded message to the callers or the called party before a phone conversation starts.

To enable and edit messages, get to the Numbers tab and edit your tracking number. Then, scroll down to the Messages section.

  • Welcome Message: This message is played to the caller before the call transfer to the destination number.
  • On Hold Message: This message is played to the caller between the call transfer and the start of the conversation.
  • Whisper Message: This message is played to the called party before the start of the conversation.
  • Busy or no answer: This message is played to the caller if the conversation cannot start because the called party is busy or cannot answer.
