Managing custom alerts
To edit, test, duplicate, delete an alert, or to see the list of events from a specific alert, get to the events list by clicking on Custom Alerts in the sidebar of the Reports tab.
Then click on the Manage button at the top right.
In the Actions column for the selected alert, click on the Events icon to only display events from this specific alert.
You can also test an alert by clicking on the Test icon.
According to the measuring period defined for this alert (day, week, month), this will run a test of the alert on the previous period, and you will be notified if the alert was triggered during that time.
The three other icons are respectively for duplicating, editing and deleting an alert.
While editing an alert, you can make any change in the information related to this alert. Click on Update at the end of the form to save your changes.
Then click on Update to save your changes.
Also mind that deleting an alert is an irreversible process. A confirmation is required in order to delete an alert from the account.
