Blocking caller numbers

You can block undesirable caller numbers in your account, so that their calls are not transferred to redirection numbers, and their call data is not taken into account by Dexem Call Tracking.

To block caller numbers, hover your profile icon at the top right, and click on Account Settings.


Then, get to the Blocked Numbers section in the sidebar on the left.


Add the caller numbers to block in the field, and then click on Update to save your changes.



Any time, you can remove caller numbers from your list of blocked numbers. Then, call data from these numbers will be collected again by Dexem Call Tracking, and the calls transferred to the redirection numbers from the moment the numbers are no longer blocked.
