Introducing Websites report

Required: To view Websites report, you must enable multi-website feature in your account.

With Websites report, you can view your inbound calls’ split over your different websites, during any period.

To access this report, go to Websites in the sidebar on the left of the Reports tab.

The Websites report shows 3 different sets of data:

  • Key metrics, for an overview of the main data collected during the selected period.

  • A graph for a better understanding of the variation of inbound calls on each website during the period. To adjust the graph to your own context, you can select a monthly, weekly, daily, hourly or half-hourly view.

  • A detailed table, for a better understanding of how the call data is split over the period.

For more accurate reports, you can edit the list of key metrics to display in the Websites report. To do this, click on the Customize button at the top right.

Then, select among the following metrics:

  • Number of unique callers
  • Number of inbound calls
  • Number of answered calls
  • Answered calls rate in % (ACR)
  • Number of missed calls
  • Missed calls rate in % (MCR)
  • Total and average call duration

You can also export the Websites report in Excel or CSV format. To do this, click on the Export button at the top right.
