Viewing logs sent to Salesforce

Call logs allow you to find in your Call Tracking account the detailed raw data sent to Salesforce through the integration.

To view your call logs, in the Integrations tab click on Configure for Salesforce.

In the edition form, click on the Logs button at the top right.

Then, you can see a list of the past 60 days inbound call logs. 200 calls are displayed on each page. To see a log’s details, click on the View icon in the Actions column for this log.

In a log’s details, you can find 2 sections:

  • The General Parameters section, which provides general information about the log: event, action, status, date of creation and date of sending.

  • The Requests section, which provides information about various objects created in Salesforce with this log: leads, activities or accounts.

Click on Back at the bottom of the log to get back to the list of logs.
