Viewing invoices
Invoices are available in your account, and can be exported in PDF format. You can also view your subscription details, change your billing address and activate automatic invoice sending by email.
For this, just click on your profile icon at the top right, and then choose Billing.
How to view and export invoices
You can access invoices from the Billing subtab or the Invoices section in the sidebar on the left.
There, you can see a recap of your account’s invoices, with the following data for each invoice:
- Invoice number
- Issue date
- Invoice state: issued or not
- Total: net and gross
- Invoice period
To view an invoice, click on the Show icon in the Actions column.
The invoice is then displayed in your account. To print it or export it in a PDF format, click on the PDF action at the invoice’s top right, or in the list of invoices.
How to view subscription details
To access information about your subscription, click on Subscription in the sidebar on the left.
In this section, you can find data about your current plan, and the pricing for subscription, options, numbers and communication usage (minutes).
To change anything about your subscription, please contact your account manager.
How to edit billing information
To view or edit your billing information, click on Parameters in the sidebar on the left.
In this section, you will find the following:
- Order number
- Your company’s name
- Name of the invoice recipient
- Billing address
- Country
Except for the order number, all the information of this section can be edited any time. You will be able to see the changes in your next invoices.
How to receive invoices by email
If you wish to receive your invoices by email, they can be sent to up to 5 different emails. You can also set this option in Parameters, after the billing details.
In the section entitled Email notification, check the right box to enable invoices by email, and then type in the recipient email(s). To save your changes, click on the Update button below the form.
