Editing account’s password policy
As an Owner in your Dexem Call Tracking account, you can improve your account’s security by managing mandatory conditions for strong user passwords.
To edit password policy, hover your profile icon at the top right, and click on Account settings.
Then, click on Password Policy in the sidebar on the left.
You can see the following form:
In this form, you can:
- Define minimum password length;
- Require at least one uppercase or lowercase letter, one digit or special character (punctuation mark, …);
- Prevent password reuse: the system memorizes the users’ last passwords so that they cannot reuse the same password immediately.
- Password expiration period: over this period, users will be asked to enter a new password for their next connection.
You can also click Expire all passwords at the top right to ask all users to reset their password at their next connection.
Finally, click on Update to save your password policy changes.
